Should children be taught about autogynephilia?

If I ever have to listen to another explanation of what autogynephilia is… I will go mad. Still, the fact that every single person who makes a video about the topic has to spend 10 minutes telling everyone what it is shows just how the public in general don’t know anything about it.

Anyway, once you get past that you will get to the best part of the video where she says an interesting line…

“Men have been coaching each other for decades in more palatable narratives.”

🤔

She also makes a very good point about how children who know nothing about autogynephilia, – but are autogynophiliacs – are given no other conceptual framework to understand their experience other than the transgender narrative. In that case… society and the medical profession and families are not educating these children well.

This raises a very difficult question of whether or not cross gender arousal should be included in sex education. If we don’t include it, then the transgender narrative will continue to dominate unchallenged.

And notice I said ‘cross gender arousal’, because we don’t have to start necessarily disseminating the autogynephilia narrative. We just need to let them know that there is an entire sexuality out there based on autosexuality and gender.
