For two years we’ve been writing blog posts about crossgender arousal…and there’s still no agreed term for it. So, please pitch in and tell me what term you use for…a biological boy who is dressing like a girl, imagining he is female and getting turned on. He identifies as a boy…but is questioning his gender and things might change in the future. Scroll down for the poll. The background: 2016 A couple of years ago, there was a famous forum-fight between the ‘crossdreamers’ led by Jack Molay and the ’emasculation fetishists’ led by Wxhlyup (hereby referred to as Wix.) This argument was different from the Blanchard thing because Wix wasn’t claiming that crossgender arousal was a manifestation of autogynephilia, but a masochistic emasculation fetish: MEF. The idea of MEF is that the sexual motivation for crossdreamers and ‘autogynephiliac’ transwomen is not so much feminization – but the masochistic crushing of their masculinity. Arguments against autogynephilia – as a cause of transsexualism – aren’t necessary because it is what we call… an unverifiable proposition. The proposition is that transsexualism is a product of sexuality. That can not, with our current scientific knowledge, be proven or disproven. Therefore, it makes no sense to even bother talking about the theory because discourse will never lead to a resoloution. The mistake is to treat the presence of crossgender arousal in a transsexual as proof that sexuality causess transsexualism. That is not a proof. Even if every single transsexual in the world admits cross gender arousal it is not a proof because the cross gender arousal could be caused by the transsexualism. I’ve just been rereading Anne Lawrence, and one passage particularly struck me: the relationship between other self directed sexual behaviors and crossdreaming. Anne Lawrence uses these behaviors as proof that crossdreaming (autogynephilia) is a paraphilia and that any resulting female identification the result of said paraphilia. A classic example of this is Geena Rocero – who worked as a high flying fashion model for more than a decade. On the weekend I discovered a YouTube channel dedicated to ‘debunking the transgender narrative’ and exposing late onset transsexuals for what they are: deluded frauds who are all in the throes of a fetish called autogynephilia. To my horror, they then started to read directly from Anne Lawrence’s essays – paying particular attention to lines that referred to transsexualism as a paraphilia i.e. – a fetish. I then visited the website of the presenters which had athe large banner above about Caitlyn and AGP. (I am not going to link to the site because that will bring them publicity). In article after article they use the autogynephilia theory to ridicule, humiliate and denigrate transgender people, even going so far as to give lists of well-known transgender rapists and molesters. The authors of this site are two ‘reformed’ trans people and it quickly emerges in their videos that they are involved…
