After hours and hours of going through tiktok I found her page to be so refreshing that she had to be #1. Her reenactment of Kate Moss’s fridge, her wonderfully simple baby to adult photo, and many many more videos are just leagues ahead of the rest in terms of engagement. I mean, you just have to look at her profile. Anyone that just writes ‘who cares’ get my vote. Modest, concise, funny!

Jesse is a 19 year old mid westerner who, as you can see, is very cute indeed ( I mean that in the British sense, though it’s obviously true in the American sense too). I think she would do very well in the pretty inc Academy as like Amelia she’s often posting about her lack of cleavage and desire for more.

Indy is a 21-year-old artist whose Instagram suggests she’s a Croatian American or living in America (bear in mind it’s very difficult to find out details if a lot of their videos are lip syncing). One thing I can tell you about for sure though is that she likes her hair dye as she goes through the full cycle of different colors from blonde to red to brunette. My favorite of her videos is a very simple 10 second clip with the slogan “weird how ZERO guys have a problem with transgirls in private” Don’t I know it girl!

This beautiful young transgirl on tik tok is lillyallerss and she is very young, only 18, but already has a dedicated band of followers on tiktok. On her video about why she transitioned she says “because I wanted to”😂 I think that’s the best explanation I ever heard. She does then go on to expand a bit and basically explains that when she looked at the two possibilities: a life trajectory as a woman or a man the one as a man really doesn’t seem very interesting.
She also addresses a common problem with which people have about trans girl vloggers and tiktokers which is that they seem to have made it their whole personality to be trans. Lily, however, points out that she feels an obligation to raise awareness on trans issues.

Faye is a bit of a mystery—she doesn’t share much personal info, but her TikTok feels like an ongoing diary of trans girl struggles. From dating frustrations (“he wants you to be a secret”) to self-doubt (“clocky” days hit hard), she’s unfiltered and relatable. She might be underselling how good she actually looks with the clock reference, but that’s part of what makes her videos work—they feel raw, real, and straight to the point.

Leila is 19 and describes herself as a trans girl, gamer and dancer. Well, that’s a good combination in my book. I think this girl, is bound to be an actress one day – she’s very expressive and has a taste for the dramatic🤣. The production quality of her videos is also high and you can tell that she’s invested considerable time and energy. Professionally, she seems to also be going down the only fans route which I was a little disappointed in – not because there’s anything wrong with only fans – but because she says she’s a gamer in her profile I would have liked to have seen a twitch page🕹️
7. @lolitats
Lolly is a 23 year old New Yorker who is a dancer and an only fans content creator. She has a lot of different looks but personally I really like the photo below where she’s more natural. In the last video I watched she gives 4 reasons to date a trans girl and cites them as
- Can’t get pregnant
- Always horny
- Knows how to 🍭
- Always pretty
In my own case, I’d have to agree with all of them except for number 2🤣

Lily who’s actually called Lola is from Ho Chi Minh city which in the unlikely case you don’t know where that is, is in Vietnam. Vietnam’s attitude toward transgender women is evolving, but it remains more conservative compared to Thailand, which is widely regarded as the most transgender-friendly country in Southeast Asia. While Vietnam has made progress in LGBTQ+ rights—most notably removing same-sex marriage bans and discussing legal gender recognition—societal acceptance of transgender women still lags behind.

BabyBri is the most well established tick tocker in this list, but because she’s not one of those well established YouTube bloggers like Samantha lux or someone like that, I’ve included her in this top ten. She’s still got that raw, unprocessed unfiltered tiktok edginess. Interestingly, if you look at the preview above you might not think she’s as pretty as she is, but she’s intentionally trying to go through a less glam less cosmetic phase. I could really relate to a recent video she made where she was talking about how she went through a period where she couldn’t look at herself in the mirror without makeup.

There is no more skilful or brutal clocker then the trans girl herself, but I have to say this girl defies even my expert eye, is it natural or has she had facial feminization surgery? Don’t know and don’t care! One of her most interesting videos is where she eats Kentucky fried chicken. Now I will grant that does not sound on paper like a winning video, except she had previously been a vegan for 12 years!!! The weird thing is that she doesn’t explain her motives or anything… Well I guess that’s tik-tok described in a sentence🤣🤣
