Controversial part: according to many dermatologists, you should wear sunscreen everyday (not like the sun lotion you take to the beach, but incorporated into other beauty products). However, there are differing schools of thoughts on this as a some sun is good for you. So there is no true answer, you will have to make up your own mind... Personally, there's no way I'm wearing a sunscreen everyday.
