The reason this video is so important is because it stresses the importance of post operative care.
Many trans girls think that a bad outcome is always due to the surgery itself, but sometimes those disappointingly spaced apart or misshapen boobs, are the consequence of inadequate postoperative love and care.
However, while I highly recommend this video and the vlogger in general, I really wish someone would give the poor girl a brush!!!
